Used the Emulated CPU Clock Rate to smooth out the game further and prevent in-game lags that are not present on console. The game truly plays perfectly once the shadercache is caught up. Did not play past first stage because of this. Game runs at 100% for the most part but there are frequent stutters that make it a real headache to play. Dolphin 4.0.2 seems to have fixed the black shadow infront of the skater at all times previously reported.
